| • | Application for Booking of apartments is to be made on the prescribed application form duly signed by the applicant and shall be submitted to the Sales Department with the booking money. The company reserves the rights to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. |
| • | After receiving the application form and booking money, the applicant will be requested to confirm the reservation by making the down payment within a specific period. On receiving the down payment of the specified amount, the company will issue an allotment letter and payment schedule. In case of failure to make down payment in time, the booking will automatically stand cancelled. |
| • | All payment of booking money, down payment, installments, additional work, and other utility charges shall have to be made by account payee cheque/ Bank Draft or Pay Order against which receipts will be issued. Non Resident Bangladeshis may pay in Foreign Currency through TT or Bank Draft. Conversion into Taka will be calculated at the prevailing Bangladesh bank exchange rate. |
| • | The purchaser must adhere to the installment schedule strictly to ensure timely completion of the construction work. Delay in payments beyond the due date will make the allotee liable to pay delay default charge@5% per month on the amount of payment delayed. |
| • | After allotment of an apartment, if the applicant/purchaser wants to surrender/ cancel the allotment or in case of failure by the applicant/ purchaser to pay the installments according to the payment schedule, the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment. In such cases, the amount deposited with the company will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total agreed value after re-sale of the apartment in question to a new Buyer. The booking money shall be treated as non-refundable in case of cancellation of the booking before making down payment. |
| • | Non Resident Bangladeshis can make payment in Foreign Currency through TT or Bank Draft. Conversion into Taka will be calculated at the prevailing Bangladesh bank exchange rate. |
| • | The Company reserves the right to change the price list as shown in the web. |
